These handpicked beans boast a unique shape, resulting in a richer and more concentrated flavor. With a higher percentage of essential oils, indulge in a smooth and vibrant taste.  Peaberry beans are special  because it's a rare, round, and dense coffee bean that develops from a coffee cherry with only one seed.

Cupping Notes:  On first whiff, these actually smell like milk chocolate, great aroma when roasting, even better when brewing, and the taste is delightful! 

The fruit that comprises La Gladiola comes from the Western portion of the Tarrazu valley. The fruit is purchased from specific farmers, process it at La Minita's mill, Beneficio del Rio Tarrazu and kept separate from their other trademark coffee beans.

Cupping Notes:   Wonderful acidity, good body with some citrus and cocoa notes. 

The La Magnolia is a beautifully prepped, remarkably well-rounded, exceptionally well-balanced, complex coffee.  

Cupping Notes: Sparkling, clean, lemon-orange brightness with chocolate and nutty overtones that carry through to the long, complex finish.

Exceedingly sweet Costa Rican coffee that will serve you well as an everyday drinker. 

Cupping Notes: Honey cake, brown sugar cookie, cinnamon buns, brisk tea note, and Dutch cocoa. City to Full City+. Good for espresso. 

This coffee was selected for its incredibly exceptional cup profile. Given the uniqueness and complexity of the honey process, no two honey coffees are alike.
